Feedback (both positive and negative) is vital if you want to continuously improve your service to others, this is why 3 months after a Consultation I always ask my clients to complete a feedback form. Whilst most will return the form with comments, not everyone is comfortable providing a testimonial, which is absolutely fine. So, when I do receive a testimonial I am even more appreciative, particularly since the benefits Feng Shui can bring to your home and life are often difficult to quantify - for example, life might simply "flow" better or you might feel happier.
Anyway, I am very grateful for my latest testimonial:
"Karen is amazing at what she does, giving fantastic recommendations and advice. The whole process is very interesting. I feel our house has such a better flow to it and we are all feeling the benefits of Karen being here."
